I really love their style. Everything has that clean, cozy feel, but still looks a little luxe, especially in the small details like the textures and finishes.

I liked the item when it first showed up, but once I had it in my room, it just didn’t fit the space the way I hoped. That’s when things got frustrating. I figured returning it would be straightforward, but the process felt slow and kind of unclear. I ended up emailing a few times just to find out what I was supposed to do next, which made me feel like I was wasting time and possibly going to be stuck with something I couldn’t use.

The exchange options also weren’t as simple as I expected. Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but it left me feeling a little burned and more cautious than anything. The products are nice, but unless you’re completely sure it’s going to work for you, I’d think twice before ordering because the return side of things is not something I’d want to deal with again.

The site was easy to browse overall, and I found the categories without too much trouble. The photos loaded nicely and checkout was simple, which I appreciated. It did take me a minute to find some of the filter options, though. I also kind of felt ignored when I couldn’t quickly figure out where to get help or guidance, but aside from that, the site worked well and wasn’t confusing...

I was just very calm about the whole thing, obviously, but it was nice to see the prices laid out clearly from the start. No surprise fees showed up later, which I appreciated.

One box did show up a day later than the rest, which is the only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5, but it really wasn’t a big deal. I bought a side table, and overall I’m really happy with it. It feels sturdy, looks just like the photos, and seems well made. There was one tiny scratch on the bottom, but it’s not noticeable and didn’t feel fair to make a big issue out of it. For the quality, I think it was a good buy.

But the photos ended up being really true to what I received. The color, shape, and overall style matched what showed up at my house. There may have been a tiny difference because of lighting, but nothing that bothered me.

My table arrived with a dent on one corner, i was already feeling mentally drained, so it was the last thing I wanted to deal with. I sent some photos over to Alice Lane, and they got back to me really quickly. Thankfully, they didn’t make the replacement process a hassle at all. The new one showed up in great shape. Not the smoothest start, but they handled it really well, so I’m still giving 5 stars

My order showed up in good condition and the delivery guy was really nice. It did come a day later than expected, which was a little annoying, and I kind of wish I’d ordered sooner just in case. That said, I got updates along the way, so I wasn’t left guessing. Overall, I’m still happy with it.

I ordered a sofa from Alice Lane, i feel justified in spending a little more time picking this one out because it’s been really comfy. The cushions are soft without being the kind you sink into and struggle to get out of, so I can sit on it for a few hours and still feel fine afterward.
Delivery did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but I can’t say I regret it because the sofa has been great for everyday use. It’s not just one of those pieces that looks nice in the room but isn’t actually comfortable, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid.

I had to return an item and the refund did come through quickly. It took a couple of days to show up on my card, which was okay, but I did feel a little ignored when I tried to check in about it. Support kept the process simple in the end, though, and there wasn’t any real hassle.
